Responsibilities:
- Handling travel arrangement
- Scheduling of meeting
- Administrative duties
- Secretarial support
- Assist the Managing Director in the day-to-day operation of the company
- Screening of phone calls and in charge of Managing Director’s correspondence
- Possess minute taking skills
- Diploma in Private Secretary / Business Admin
- Experience in provide secretarial support to MD in construction field will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Words and PowerPoint)
- Good command of both written & spoken English
- With class 3 driving license
- Only Singaporean need apply
