SECRETARY
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

  • Handling travel arrangement
  • Scheduling of meeting
  • Administrative duties
  • Secretarial support
  • Assist the Managing Director in the day-to-day operation of the company
  • Screening of phone calls and in charge of Managing Director’s correspondence
  • Possess minute taking skills
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Private Secretary / Business Admin
  • Experience in provide secretarial support to MD in construction field will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Words and PowerPoint)
  • Good command of both written & spoken English
  • With class 3 driving license
  • Only Singaporean need apply
Other Details:
Remuneration – attractive pay package awaits the right candidate.
Work Place – Benoi Lane
Work Days – 5 ½ Days Work Week (Alt. Sat off after confirmation).
