Job in Singapore: Secretary, Audit

Responsibilities:

* Reporting to the Vice President (Audit Division), you will assist her to perform effective diary management and handle the department’s confidential documents. This includes arranging of meetings, coordinating, planning and managing of travel arrangements and administering of the department’s shared folders. In addition, you will also organize audit report submissions, collate and compile audit documents and prepare presentation materials for Audit presentation to our Senior Management and the Audit Management. Administrative support of the Senior Managers, maintenance of the Division’s Quality Procedure Manual and monitoring of work submissions are also part of your portfolio. Finally, you are also responsible for the Division’s procurement, logistics, library and the division’s annual record dispose exercise.

Requirements:

* You should possess at least GCE "A" levels, with at least 3 to 5 years experience as a secretary. Possession of a recognized Secretarial Certificate or professional equivalent is preferred. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality. In addition, you should have excellent and effective communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of management. Proficiency in MS office and relevant software applications is critical.
